Though not as well known as his rapping cousin Snoop Dogg, Nate Dogg has made a name for himself with his smooth, catchy vocal style. His voice firs hit the airwaves when he performed backing vocals on Dr. Dre’s 1992 album, Chronic. During most of the 1990s, Nate Dogg paired his vocal talents with famous West Coast rapper like Tupak Shakur and Warren G. It wasn’t until 2001 that he released Music and Me, a well received solo album. Nate is best known for his collaborations. His voice has been heard on numerous chart-topping singles. Despite recently suffering a stroke, Nate Dogg will release a long anticipated solo album this summer.
